The list, collated by BusinessCloud and GM Business Growth Hub, shines a light on Greater Manchester’s most exciting companies across four key sectors: GreenTech; digital, creative and tech; advanced manufacturing and materials; and life sciences.

Enviroheat HET is a Stockport-based manufacturer of efficient heating systems and has developed a full ‘smart home’ solution. The company has supported the social housing sector for several years but is now entering negotiations with nationwide sellers of domestic heating equipment and multinational heat pump manufacturers.

The Agency has helped Enviroheat HET to explore testing and accreditation routes, and provided opportunities to pitch Enviroheat’s low carbon solutions to key decision makers across target sectors including social housing and commercial buildings

With so many climate-related targets and so many ideas adding to the noise, the Energy Innovation Agency was set up to clearly identify the needs of the market and bring innovators with their viable products to the market. Working with the agency has benefitted not only Enviroheat, but many organisations in this space. Their support continues to be of great value.

Luke Cronshaw, Commercial Director at Enviroheat HET

The Team were successful is securing a further €3 million to further develop their technology, with the Agency providing continued support to the newly formed business.”

We're thrilled to be nominated for the GM 125 Rising Stars of Business list, which recognises our hard work and dedication. We owe a huge thanks to the agency for its invaluable support, which has played a pivotal role in securing funding and providing strategic advice to establish ourselves as a company. Getting this recognition just makes us more determined to keep going with our mission of making renewable energy available all the time and reducing carbon emissions

Matias Perez, BDM at HalioGEN Power

The Agency has worked with both Enviroheat HET and HalioGEN Power on a number of exciting projects and we’re proud to see that they have been recognised in this list.
