The Energy Innovation Agency is looking forward to hosting its first premium event of the year, on Tuesday 23rd April at Bruntwood Circle Square in Manchester.

This is a must attend for Greater Manchester businesses, as well as energy innovators, funders and investors from across the country who are looking to decarbonise their buildings and drive sustainability within their sectors.

“Driving Sustainability: Efficiency through Innovation” will bring together a mixed audience of over 100 highly influential businesses, innovators, end-users, and partners to focus on the challenges of achieving net-zero, and how innovation can help.

The event will feature three panel sessions; named “Driving Business Sustainability: Ambitious sustainability projects and energy solution selection”, “The Investment Landscape for Sustainability – What are sustainable investors looking for? What are the hallmarks for the best green innovations?”, and “Better Business Efficiency through innovation”. Each panel will be full of industry experts, innovators, and end-users from across the region, all of which have been supported by The Agency.

There will also be a number of keynote speeches and discussions held throughout the event, covering topics like matching solutions to challenges, and the funding landscape for sustainability deployment.

Throughout the day there will also be an opportunity for attendees to meet and network as well as visit the mini showcase of innovators exhibiting some brilliant new solutions and initiatives that will help the city-region achieve its goals.

We’re thrilled to launch our upcoming event bringing together Greater Manchester businesses with innovators and investors to hear how innovative solutions and projects are already enabling businesses to become more sustainable.

As a region and country, we are at a critical point in our decarbonisation journey, innovation is more essential than ever in ensuring we can progress towards our net zero targets, tackle climate change, and deliver cost and carbon savings to businesses, homes and the public sector. We are fortunate to be working with a fantastic selection of the latest low carbon energy solutions and some very ambitious GM decarbonisation projects.
